Nutrience Care Calm & Comfort is specifically formulated for dogs with hyperactivity and anxiety-related behaviors and sensitivities. This food helps to reduce signs of anxiety in dogs and stimulates the production of serotonin and dopamine which are important for mood regulation, alleviating dominance aggression signs in dogs. Dopamine is also an important nutrient for attention and focus for easier training. In addition to caring for your dog’s special needs, we’ve taken great strides to ensure their care is delivered in the form of a high-quality, gluten-free diet, made of healthy, wholesome ingredients.

Helps Reduce Signs of Anxiety

Hydrolyzed casein, or alpha-casozepine is a bioactive peptide originating from a protein in cow’s milk, which produces a naturally calming effect and helps reduce signs of anxiety in dogs.

Increased Serotonin

Inclusion of l-tryptophan: an amino acid required for serotonin production studied for its role in mood regulation and alleviating dominance aggression signs in dogs.

Increased Dopamine

Inclusion of l-tyrosine: an amino acid required for dopamine production, a nutrient important for attention and focus, and ease training.

TRANSITIONING TO NUTRIENCE

It is important to gradually transition your dog from one food to another. Start with a proportion of 25% Nutrience to 75% old food. Slowly change the proportions over the next 5 to 7 days by gradually increasing the amount of Nutrience and decreasing the amount of the old food.
